Yes, the pictures are of the actual item for sale. I take the pictures myself using a light tent indoors. Sometimes even the color of the object may vary a little in the pictures depending on the light angle or shade variations. That being said, colors can vary depending on how your monitor is set up. If you have any questions about the color of the object, just send me an e-mail through the "Ask Seller A Question" and I will get back to you promptly. I do not use stock photos.

I usually respond within a few hours or 12 hours at the most. I am on eastern time.

I describe items as used or new based on the following criteria. Used items are items that have previously been owned by someone else. Even if the item is still sealed or has never been used by anyone, I describe it as "used." New items are items that I purchase direct from the artisan for resale.

Yes - I live in North Carolina, so shipping out west especially California can get quite expensive using USPS. I can let you know if shipping using FedEx would be cheaper - just contact me before purchasing.
