Hutschenreuther Bavaria Porcelain Fruit Collector Plate
A gorgeous white porcelain collector plate with floral and fruit design in the center of the plate of a small bough of a flowering plum tree and ripe purple plums. Trimmed in about a 3/16" gold band around the edge of the plate, this is a very pretty plate.
The plate is 8" diameter and in very good condition. There are no cracks, chips or flakes. Very little wear - beautiful porcelain!
The back has two stamps. One stamp is the L. Huschenreuther stamp (green) who is the manufacturer of the porcelain plate out of Selb, Germany used from 1955 to 1969. The second stamp (red) is of the importer, Paul A. Straub & Co of New York, NY and dates from 1948 to 1970.
There are also two numbers on the back - a 15 and a 47 in gold numbers.
