Royal China Currier & Ives Covered Sugar On The Mississippi

Currier & Ives dinnerware by Royal China. This is the covered sugar in blue and white with two handles. This is the sugar dish without the scroll design on top of the handles. The scene is "On The Mississippi." It is not marked on the bottom. In excellent condition - no chips, cracks or scratches. There is no crazing. These were never used. Very nice!

The Currier & Ives pattern is one of the most famous patterns produced by The Royal China Company. The Royal China Company operated from 1934 to 1986 out of Sebring, Ohio producing over 1,000 dinnerware patterns.
